Jack Daniel’s is produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee, following the traditional recipe established by Jack Daniel 140 years ago. The production process involves the use of exclusive ingredients from the Tennessee region: grains and crystal-clear spring water.
During production, the Tennessee whiskey undergoes a unique charcoal mellowing process, which lasts 4 to 6 days. This meticulous process removes unwanted impurities and imparts distinctive aromas. After distillation, Jack Daniel’s is aged in new white oak barrels crafted at the distillery, absorbing flavors from the wood and developing its characteristic deep red hue and unique taste.
