Herradura Reposado is an exceptional tequila that was first released in 1974, becoming the first commercial Reposado on the market. This tequila is aged for 11 months in oak barrels, giving it a unique and complex character. It has been awarded a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
On the nose, sweet notes of butter and ginger biscuits emerge, with subtle hints of dill and sage. On the palate, the flavor is slightly spicy, with nuances of dry oak, sandalwood, and agave. The finish is rounded off with notes of white pepper and flaxseed, offering a refined and balanced experience.
