Organoleptic Characteristics:
It features a yellow color with intense golden highlights, and aromas of ripe stone fruits and oriental spices. The same flavor profile follows on the palate, with the characteristic acidity blending with a strong tannic finish.
Pairings:
Pairs excellently with shellfish, both white and red meats, as well as full-fat cheeses. Serve ideally at 14-16 °C.
