The Greenbay cocoa powder is sourced from raw cocoa beans of the Theobroma cacao L variety, specifically Criollo 100%, from the SATIPO region in Peru. The cocoa beans are carefully selected, washed, and then disinfected using an organic method before being ground. After sun-drying, the beans are ground using millstones and cold-pressed, transforming them into pure, raw, and natural cocoa powder. Throughout the process, the temperature never exceeds 42°C, ensuring that all nutritional elements remain intact.
