We proudly present the 4th batch of Glenallachie 21 Year Old Single Malt. This distinguished release is crafted from the union of three vintage Pedro Ximénez casks, hand-selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker. Walker meticulously evaluated the unique collection of Glenallachie casks, which have been maturing for over two decades. The long aging in sherry casks has imparted rich notes of chocolate and cherry to the whisky. It is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added color, preserving its authenticity.
