The highly anticipated 3rd batch of GlenAllachie 21 Year Old is being released after a year dedicated to celebrating Master Distiller Billy Walker’s 50th anniversary in the whisky industry. This richly sherried single malt from the Speyside distillery was crafted by Walker using whisky matured in three Pedro Ximénez puncheons. Only 2,400 bottles were produced, bottled at cask strength of 51.5% VOL, without added color or chill filtration.
