The GlenAllachie 18 Year Old is the result of Master Distiller Billy Walker’s expertise, who quickly made his mark on the distillery after taking the helm. Using Scottish barley, extended fermentation of 160 hours, and slow distillation, Walker highlighted the quality of the spirit.
With 50 years of experience as a blender, the warehouses became the stage for his skill. Carefully selecting casks from the distillery’s 16 warehouses, containing spirits dating back to the 1970s, he crafted an exceptional whisky. The GlenAllachie 18yo features a rich and robust profile, combining notes of heather and toffee.
Bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered, and with its natural color, this whisky offers an authentic tasting experience.
