Organoleptic Characteristics:
This wine features a dense black-red color with violet hues and a complex bouquet where the aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, and red pepper dominate. On the palate, it is very rich, with robust tannins, a well-structured body, and a long finish. It is ideal for those who wish to age red wines in their cellar for 20-25 years. Serve at 16-18 °C. Just before consumption, the wine’s aromas fully open up if decanted for 30 minutes in a glass carafe.
