Organoleptic Characteristics:
This wine is made from the Syrah, Merlot, and Grenache Rouge varieties using classic red winemaking techniques. It is aged for one year in French oak barrels. It has a bright ruby color and a complex bouquet of spices and ripe dark fruits such as plum and cherry. On the palate, the soft tannins are supported by abundant fruit, creating an impression of power and balance. It has a long finish with a repeating note of spice.
Pairings:
It pairs excellently with pork, grilled red meats, various oven-roasted poultry, game with red sauce, and mature cheeses. It is best served at 16-18°C.
