El Jimador is produced in the historic village of Amatitán, in the Jalisco province of Mexico, an area renowned for its rich agave production. Jimador Reposado is crafted from 100% hand-harvested blue Weber agave, naturally fermented, and double distilled. It is then aged for two months in American oak barrels, acquiring a bright golden hue. This tequila offers a rich blend of aromas including spices, fruits, wood, vanilla, and toasted hazelnuts. Its flavor is smooth and long-lasting, with warm vanilla notes and subtle spices supported by an oak foundation.
