Don Papa Gayuma is an exceptionally premium rum that honors the unique rituals of the shamans of Mount Kanlaon and Isla del Fuego. The aging process involves three stages: initially in oak barrels for three years, followed by six months in double barrels, and finally three months in warm oak barrels that previously contained Scotch whisky. On the palate, the rum reveals a smoky and spicy flavor, with notes of cocoa, clove, mint, vanilla, and orange aromas.
