Organoleptic Characteristics:

The wine has a delicate salmon pink color, with subtle intensity typical of Provence rosés. The nose is of moderate intensity, offering aromas of citrus, crisp red fruit, and perhaps a hint of peach. All aromas are restrained, without sweetness or overbearing fruit. On the palate, it is dry, refreshing, and very pleasant, with more pronounced aromas, especially of red fruits and a hint of minerality. The finish is of moderate length, but overall, this is a very elegant wine, perfect for summer. Ready for consumption without aging potential.

Pairings:

It pairs excellently with salads like the classic Niçoise, grilled sea bass, fish soup, vegetable ratatouille, or briam. Best served at 10-12°C.
