The grapes are handpicked and transported to the winery in small plastic crates. There, they are carefully sorted, and gentle pressure is applied to extract the grape juice, leaving behind the skins as the fermentation tanks are filled. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration occur at a maximum temperature of 28°C for approximately 15 days. The wine is then aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels and is bottled on-site at the Eukharis Estate.
