On the nose, it reveals prominent aromas of apricot, peach, and floral notes like jasmine and violet. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rounded, with well-balanced acidity and a long, pleasant finish.
Pairings:
It pairs perfectly with seafood, grilled vegetables, white meats, and dishes of Asian cuisine. It also serves wonderfully as an aperitif. Serve chilled, at 10-12°C.
