The aged tsipouro by Tsilili Distillery is crafted from fresh, fermented grape marc of high-quality Thessalian vineyards.
It is distilled slowly and patiently in small discontinuous copper stills to preserve and enhance its fresh and sweet aromas.
The aging process lasts for at least five years in carefully selected French and American oak barrels, previously used for red and Vinsanto wines.
The result is a spirit with deep aromatic complexity, blending honeyed varietal notes of dried plums, raisins, and bergamot peels with hints of vanilla, chocolate, and nutmeg.
