Organoleptic Characteristics:
Bright, golden-yellow color. Expressive bouquet of aromas, with notes of acacia, lemongrass, orange, honeycomb, peach, toasted bread, and sweet spices unfolding on an oak background. Soft and full-bodied on the first sip. Well-structured, with acidity balancing the richness and depth. The complexity and flavor intensity culminate in a persistent citrus finish.
Pairings:
It pairs excellently with shellfish, fish in white sauces, cod croquettes, smoked fish, risotto with seafood or mushrooms, and pork cooked with fruits or exotic spices. Also pairs well with mild cow’s milk Gruyère. Serve at 10-12°C.
