Fresh Chios Beer – House Ale belongs to the top-fermented beer category (ALES) and is brewed on the island of Chios, near the village of Vavyloi, using select varieties of malt and whole hop cones. It is always bottled without pasteurization or filtration, preserving its natural flavor and organoleptic characteristics.

This beer has a blond-yellow color with orange highlights and a rich white foam. The aroma is dominated by hops and citrus, while the body is full, offering a fruity taste with a subtle bitterness. It is crafted from three different varieties of malt and hops (Magnum, Bobek, and Amarillo), adding complexity to the flavor.
