This aged tequila, made from 100% blue agave, is produced through an exceptionally slow and meticulous process by the company Casamigos, co-owned by actor George Clooney. The agave is roasted ten times, followed by a slow fermentation process, and the tequila is aged for 7 months in American oak barrels after distillation. The result is a rich and full-bodied tequila, recommended to be enjoyed neat to fully appreciate its quality and complexity.
