Its distinctive fruity aromatic profile reminds of pear, apple, and citrus fruits, combined with hints of vanilla and oak. Refreshing with crisp acidity, it is perfectly balanced, a full-bodied wine with a long and aromatic finish.

Chardonnay pairs beautifully with shellfish, as well as dishes featuring fatty fish and soft cheeses. Best served at 10-12°C.
