Organoleptic Characteristics:

Intense red color with a pleasant aroma of sweet red fruits, such as cherry and strawberry. Its taste is smooth, with soft tannins, good acidity, excellent balance, and an aromatic finish.

Pairings:

It pairs perfectly with Mediterranean dishes, salads, appetizers, pasta with red sauces, pizza, as well as red meats like cassoulet, fried liver, and braised beef with pasta. It also complements hard and semi-hard cheeses, such as kefalotyri and gouda, grilled meats like chicken fillet, seafood, and fish dishes, such as octopus carpaccio. It also pairs well with cheeses with tangy flavors, like xinomizithra, as well as hard cheeses like emmental. Serve at 14-16°C.
