BioHazelnuts are found throughout Europe, Western Asia, and North Africa. However, 75% of the world’s hazelnut production comes from Turkey. They are mainly found in our country as well, although Greek hazelnuts are rather limited. Hazelnuts are harvested in August. They are imported without their shells and then roasted, which removes their skins.
