A wine with an intense purple color, aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. It offers a complex and clear aroma of ripe red fruits, caramel, cedar, and chocolate, enriched with notes of spices and nuts. The taste is rich and intense, with a full body, good structure, and characteristic tannins that give it a long finish and great aging potential.
Pairings:
It pairs excellently with aged yellow cheeses, roast beef with oven potatoes, and beef fillet with mushrooms. Serve at 16-18 °C.
