This time, he turns his attention to the white variety Viognier, creating an exceptional expression that rivals the sought-after wines of Condrieu. With wonderful dense fruit and surprisingly high acidity for the variety, this wine will leave no one unmoved.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
The color is a deep lemon-green. The aroma is complex and fresh, with stone fruits like apricot and peach meeting pear, citrus blossoms, almond, and vanilla. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with noticeable acidity, intense fruit flavors, and a lasting finish.
Pairings:
This wine pairs wonderfully with white meat dishes like oven-baked pork and chicken, grilled lobster and crayfish, grilled fish, chicken risotto, pastitsio with chicken mince, Thai dishes, rabbit with white sauce, and rich cheeses. Serve at 10-12°C.
