Thanasis Papagiannou is one of the first winemakers to understand and promote the idea that wine should retain its unique characteristics, which are derived from the grape variety, the specific location of the vineyard, and the methods employed by the viticulturist to maintain biological balance. Papagiannou owns an extensive estate of vineyards spread across various areas of Nemea, where he has planted the grape variety best suited to each location to perfectly match the specific conditions.
